ESSENTIAL OILS OF THE WEEK - NOV. 2nd

This week I've already began noticing the slightest change in moods and tension areas in a lot of my clients.  I can only imagine that it could partly be the effect of the  impending holiday season.  It's funny how during such joyous times, the holidays may also bring to the surface stresses such as out-of-town family visiting, financial woes, and the like.  Stress combined with an already weakened immune system (another side effect of the season) could potentially due any number of us in. 

My choices for essential oils to be used this week in my sessions are for the purpose of encouraging relaxation and restoration, as well as uplifting and detoxifying.

CAMOMILE

EUCALYPTUS/TEA TREE (blend)
