ESSENTIAL OILS OF THE WEEK CLUB
Most of you know how much I use, love and deeply believe in all the therapeutic benefits and healing remedies of essential oils. I incorporate them into every session using applications such as aromatherapy, raindrop therapy, and simply by applying them topically on localized areas.
At the start of each week, I choose at least 6 different essential oils and essential oil blends for my clients to choose from for use during their massage sessions. I purchase the majority of my essential oils from the nice people at Escential Lotions and Oils on Hawthorne and some fromThe Aveda Institute of Portland.
The selection of essential oils I am using this week are inspired by the hectic "Back to School" summer-to-fall transition period. Their common effects are in anti-oxidant, antiseptic as well as prevention of anxiety, cold and flu. They also help with rejuvenation and revitalization.
